      Pros

      Interesting projects, good and young employees, cool professionals, open info inside all company, nice office, open-and creative minded guys, very nice internal tools: wiki, staff, blogs, it is easy to communicate with top management, free schedule

      Cons

      Big company and some kind of bureaucracy in big teams/projects, middle salaries, all interesting work in Moscow office only, problems with work/life balance

      Great work balance and personal growth opportunity for all. But, sometimes you need to create new work tasks for you by yourself.

      As I already said, sometimes you may not feel good management.

      Pros

      Many experienced and smart people around. Good place to realize your ideas, but should take the initiative in doing that. Good personal growth possibilities. Great office, free schedule. It's possible to work at home from time to time. Really great company culture.

      Cons

      It takes ages to move a ready thing to production stage. Indistinct bonuses politics. No relocation option. The only way is to quit the job (then maybe someone in another department will hire you). Management style became too much aggressive and peremptory recently.
