      Pros

      - rather chilled for me (saw some weekend-workers, but haven't ever been forced to join them) - stability: large company that can afford you - intersting tasks in my team - incredible non-salary compensations, health inshuranse is awesome

      Cons

      - payment is below market from what I heard (maybe will change my mind after connecting to glassdoor) - internal communication sometimes feels cringe and inhuman (it's mostly fine)
