      You can improve your computer science skills infinitly here. In some sence It is anarchy here and freedom for software development...

      Cons

      There are a lot of rather clever guys. From one point It is a plus, but It is also minus. "To be more better in all sence then other..." - It is rather hard to achive, but not impossible.

      Democratic corporate culture, development-driven (mostly) process, passionate people, nice offices and benefits, overall groovy attitude

      Cons

      Big slack in most of projects, average to poor middle management, poor career opportunities, below average salaries, evil-corporate-style fighting for resources (especially in minor products/projects)
