      Smart and helpful colleagues, high code quality standards, no pressure from the management, state-of-the-art tools, cool office, extremely flexible hours. You can choose the problems you work on.

      Cons

      Can't really remember much. Well, you have to make decisions. Since managers don't interfere, YOU have to care about the quality of product.

      - Yandex has millions of users and it's really cool doing something that really matters for that many people. - Challenging tasks - Very competent collegues - Excellent working atmosphere - Flexible hours Great office

      Cons

      Maybe that's hard to believe but I don't see any cons. Yandex is really great place to work.

      Pros

      Interesting problems and hard problems, good office, good salary, good social guarantees, good cantina. And very good and interesting people.

      Cons

      Office is small for such big company, it's a bit crowded. Only 6000 rub for free food, it is enough only to eat one time a day, and not to big portion.
