Great team members, but it depends on your department of course. One of the best digital banks in Turkey

- Very structured hierarchy, team members do try to add value to the company but actually only executives have right to speak - When I first started to work, mobbing was just standart and taken normally - Even your own team head may try to walk all over you just to win director's favour - Whatever you do, it is not enough, team heads and executives always expect more from you - Classical corporate firm problems - No work-life balance, not at all - I was working at Gebze HQ, which is far away from the city and time spent on the road exhausts you - Management is not open to feedback - Low salary
