Pros

Benefits are good with respect to competitor banks such as health insurance coverage for family members and BES support. Also the so called "Banking Base" in Gebze has plenty of space and provides various amenities.

Cons

Nothing new after 3 months. You'll keep doing the same stuff over and over again. There's not much to learn and you will surprised to see people who has been working there since the stone age. All development is outsourced to incompetent companies. No team spirit and lot of office politics...

Pros

Salary is ok for the newly graduates. If you are good at politics, you can spend your all life here with minimum amount of work effort.

Cons

Too much politics that always keep you from doing your job. Very incapable managers from the top to the bottom. Almost same salary raise applies to both performers and non-performers.

Friendly people, salary is slightly higher, basic understanding of training, basic approach to training, building, environment, new people each day.

Cons

No visionary management, very far away from city, no technology to develop, high turnover rate, very boring and rigid job, no new ideas, no one knows whats going on
