Colleagues in my department are very helpful and they have comprehensive knowledge about work. Good communication, good salaries according to standards of Turkey.

Cons

Main problem is the undefined borders of responsibilities for each department. Developer can encounter all types of problem even though issue does not belongs to her/him.
