Pros
YouTube has an amazing culture, the company takes care of it’s people. The salaries are top of the market and the perks are top notch.
Cons
The work is pretty slow, it takes more than a year to execute something that most startups would do in a month. It’s a large MNC where for each decision, too many stakeholders need to be aligned, which takes a lot of time. It’s a company where you go for retirement, not to build a career.
