      The UX team here is a recipe for burnout. I was putting in 60+ hours per week and repeatedly my manager put in requests for headcount. The headcount requests were granted, but then reallocated to something that UX leads found more important. Besides being overworked, the bureaucracy here is vast. I spend more time getting approvals to do research than actually doing research. I would stay away...
