      Pros

      The managers are trained to be truly empathetic, to foster inclusivity, and protect well-being. I've had multiple managers there and learned from each one. And obviously the perks at Google are unmatched - especially in the office.

      Cons

      Video platforms are a wild, fast paced business - and that sometimes means you could be working long days. If you are not protective of your own well-being, and can't tear yourself from the computer, the work will slowly burn you out.
