Pros
Competitive pay, fair work/life balance. The big pro was the facility itself, but that was due to YouTube/Google culture, not ASG.
Cons
The culture and experience was largely due to the office environment of the company that hired ASG to staff, not directly correlated with ASG itself- which was mostly if not entirely absent. Little to no room for upward career trajectory, and provided benefits were minimal at best.
