      Pros

      I loved that I could chose my own schedule, make any type of video I wanted, and have people who watched me.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of pay for a lot of work, especially in the begining! There has also been a lot of negative changes to the site recently.

      Amazing coworkers keep you motivated to keep trying ambitious projects. Good managers can help you excel and be promoted quickly.

      Cons

      The company used to have a different form before being more fully embraced by Google - once it reached maturity the focus on integrating ads shifted the focus from big ideas and added bureaucracy.
