Pros

Yummly really puts the person first. It's a good environment to be yourself and pursue the things you think are most impactful. There is an abundance of support and encouragement.

Cons

It's a "startup" with deep pockets, but as an acquired company that unicorn upside isn't there if that's what you're looking for. Sometimes you'll wonder if you really know what the long term plan is.

Pros

I could go on about their fantastic benefits, their amazing location and their unparalleled product. But the real reason Yummly is the best place to work in the bay area is that the people there aren't just a group of people with the same business goals; They're a family. Always room for growth, outward and upward. Friendly culture that encourages asking tough questions and rewards finding unusual solutions.

Cons

Their current office space is a bit small. especially for a team that is growing so fast.
