      Pros

      - Work is very casual and you have unlimited vacation time. Thus, work life balance is great. - The people are kind & understanding

      Cons

      - New features that come out are gimmicky - No focus on audience / user - CEO has a lot of ego - Everyone that made Yummly impactful has left the company - Disorganized system altogether - I don't see the company lasting or growing at this rate

      - Temporary workspace less than ideal for collaborative working - Certain areas of the business need more organization / standardization - Typical growing pains of a company hitting 50+ employees

      There are many pros. The standouts for me are being able to work closely with our CEO and the amount of opportunities there are for collaboration across teams. I feel incredibly lucky to be working so closely with the loveliest and smartest group of people.
