-no professional training (learn everything while doing it, random senior staff will teach u if they want) -staff gossiping n finding excuses to leave their position while working (toilet break for so darn long, part timer suffer) -staff low-key mean and showing attitude to customer (sometimes, it depends on their moods) (the stereotypes are real!) -overworking but underpaid (so darn crowded during public holiday n weekends, so messy)

managers are rude and do not train you for the tasks set

Work is never ending, they don't allow you to even sit for a moment, management is toxic with no people management training and you can be yelled at for mistakes.
