Pros

Zurich is very people-focused and treats people pretty humanely relative to other large corporations. Very organized (expect nothing less from the Swiss!).

Cons

Sometimes plans are more important than outcomes. Metrics and targets are often followed blindly without regard to other changes in the environment, economy, etc. It can be beauracratic and siloed, causing slow responses.

Pros

- Good salary package inline with other corporations

Cons

- Middle management is a complete disaster because of lack of experience and/or skills. - There are cases where very inexperienced individuals with a total lack of leadership skills have been promoted to middle management positions from administrative roles in record time simply because they are having an affair with some manager. - A lot of positions are covered uniquely for your relationship with any manager, which leads to highly pay positions covered by very inadequate people. - Bullying of employees whom are not personal friends with any manager is accepted and even encouraged depending on the department.
