      Pros

      Very stable employer with good benefits. Lots of social events and there is a young team. Good transport if you are on a Dart Line

      Cons

      Job can be very technical and learning curve quite steep. Sometimes it can be very busy and there can be a lot of pressure to get work done correct and on time, Difficult transport for long commutes not on Dart

      You are very lucky if you are assigned to the team of professionals (there are many of them in ZI, especially in HQ) who 15+ years with Zurich. Projects are well funded.

      Cons

      Some departments facing huge personal turnover.
