      Pros

      Room for movement within the company Sr. Leadership is open to networking Flex work opportunities so you're not tied to the office every day

      Cons

      Compensation for performance is severely lacking Leadership makes decisions that don't seem well thought out for the people it truly affects within the company Communication channels are terrible HR dept is a joke

      Pros

      You can benefit from flexible working hours as well as working from home. Good professionals and nice facilities.

      Cons

      Pretend to be start-up-like with a fresh culture but it's a corporate and old fashioned company. Department focus changes constantly and changes take too long to be approved and implemented.
