      Pros

      Global brand reputation, nice colleagues. Not a lot to share on pro side.

      Cons

      Too many to list but mostly petty micromanaging company of control freaks. Lower pay than market. Poor bonus potential if you can call it that & no room to advance. Management are incompetent cowards.

      Pros

      - Colleagues were fantastic. If it hadn't been for the people working at Zurich, I would have left much sooner than I did

      Cons

      - IT systems were abysmal, something from the dark ages. - Pay was atrocious and considerably less than the rest of the market, while the senior exec and senior managers great pay, great bonuses and little to know restrictions with regard to expense accounts. - Very bureaucratics, dysfunctional behemoth. Countless layers and reporting structure was a nightmare. - Offices around the globe were not joined up; in fact, sometimes other global offices were competing against your team for the same business. How absurd - management didn't seem to care.
