      Pros

      Has a very strong fundamental proposition beyond simply being a capacity provider. Provides opportunity to move around the business and develop wider skills. Does not demand extremely long hours

      Cons

      Historically has relied on key individuals who have been leaving in large numbers. Is solely focused on cost cutting now which means reduced headcount and lower pay levels.

      Big company with many opportunities, in general smart poeple, international environment and mind set, good benefit package, nice location close to the city

      Cons

      Very unstable, very opportunistic mind set, little care for people, people seen as liabilities rather than assets, no real career plans for people, no team spirit, no real meritocracy in place

      Upper management does not listen Business structure changes and no consistency within company. There is no teamwork and while underwriters have authority - underwriting is not consistent
