      Could be the best insurance company if focus shifts to employees and customers

      Good people, international work environment, enough freedom to push own initiatives, benefits are on the better side if compared to other companies

      Cons

      Without a good network the career opportunities are very limited, no clear career planning for employees, IT is horrible, all internal processes are difficult and horrendous

      There are many good and hard working employees who care.

      Cons

      Used to be a great place to work where management truly cared about its employees. Has become a culture where change is made for the sake of change not necessarily for the betterment of a practice or policy.
