      You generally can 100 percent ignore work when off-shift. You quickly can valuable experience regarding current affairs

      Cons

      Rotating 24/7 schedule means odd hours; high employee turnover and limited coverage. Similar problem w/ risk management sector in general, chill 90 percent of the time but WILL be extremely stressful 10 percent of the time.
