      Zurich says one thing and looks to be doing another

      There are all these emails that have gone around for years stating how we always made our numbers and were bringing in so and so many profits

      Cons

      While feeding us this line of "ra ra way to go team", they are shutting down departments and whole offices and outsourcing other teams tasks

      Pros

      A big organisation with diverse opportunities. People are great to work with and the environment is multicultural and very open.

      Cons

      Constantly reorganising, this means no long-term job security. This is an old company with legacy processes, systems, thinking. It is really struggling to move into the 21st century.
