      Pros

      Relaxed environment Plenty of training available Lots of room to develop and grow with possibilities to move abroad

      Cons

      Quota rewards - it doesn't matter how the team does, some people will get low scored as the manager is expected to deliver scores based on a quota which effects your end of year review and bonuses. Communication within the business, IT is not consulted on IT issues and would rather outsource than develop in house products.

      Great people, excellent benefits and really good working environment. Great career opportunities.

      Cons

      Only con is office location being in town centre - no 'Zurich' parking outside the office but you can park in car parks near by.

      Pros

      Zurich is a great place to work and has lots of opportunities for employees to further their careers. Lots of benefits, including a fantastic pension scheme. This is a company that really does care about their employees and is passionate about providing great customer service.
