      - Good culture and work life balance - Friendly people and team atmosphere

      Cons

      - Nothing ever gets done. It takes at least 20 meetings and 20 people to agree before you can even go to the lavatories in this company! Mario Greco could lay off 90% of Zurich's employees and not notice any downturn in productivity.

      a forward thinking company with many good underwriters and management. Flexible work schedule and OK benefits. Fair salary and bonuses - if you put in the work you will be compensated

      Cons

      many layers of management and sales personnel who complicate your job. Little trust with management. Felt like you needed to watch your back at all times. Underwriting focus changes by the day
