      Great place to learn and grow from a technical perspective.

      Cons

      Some of the senior management continues to get promoted even though they do not appear to have delivered positive results. Placed to much emphasis on ZTrade and under delivered.

      Good teamwork, good communications, clear strategy and the company execute against that strategy. A very good company to work for, takes care of it's staff.

      Cons

      Sometimes the matrix management environment can lead to bureaucracy and prolonged decision making.
