      Very competitive compensation Great team and smart colleagues State of the art work place environment Current change environment offers also opportunities

      Still relatively high uncertainty following recent restructuring efforts, with further restructuring likely to happen Effort to work together collectively not yet at 100% effectiveness - still elements of silo mentality. Would not recomment starting here before direction and set-up is stable
