      very international, some great people, many locations worldwide, decent starting salaries

      Cons

      highly political, work life balance not taken in consideration, management: micromanages, chaotic approach no clear direction given, lack of supporting young talent

      Good work/life balance, encourages and support progression, fun and easy going team. Lots of management support

      Cons

      Pay is below average and you are restricted from progressing up to higher roles by skipping roles in between, yet they would still hire someone for that higher role with lower qualification and experience.
