      Crazy High Workload and Very Stressful with terrible pay

      - Nice People - Free Canteen for the moment - Nice Office - Get Paid for Overtime

      Cons

      - Terrible Pay - Workload is crazy high - Have to work overtime and weekends to do the work - Very little recognition of good work - Company are making record profits but no recognition given to general staff

      Good job variety in this role Decent salary Flexible hours if needed

      Cons

      Having to deal with constant negative feedback from brokers Not having authority to resolve problems - having to liaise with / persuade team who caused the problem to resolve it quickly Tendency to get stuck / typecast in this role (a little overlooked in terms of promotion) Company is a bit too 'Sydney-centric' Have used CAMS as de-facto Claims Advisers during catastrophes / extreme backlog and also as QA team back-fill
