      Very supportive of developing talent. Amazing People Team (HR) driving diverse and inclusive culture at all levels of the organisation. Excellent suite of employee benefits. Prioritises sustainability and innovation. Very strong senior management who are personable, approachable and inspiring.

      Still has some legacy IT architecture, though working hard to replace this with more agile, efficient and integrated systems.
