- Cool Business - Fast Pace environment (You will never get bored) - Informal place to work - Autonomy - Good Salary
Cons
- Hostile work environment and disrespectful Directors - You might work 14 hours a day and they will never pay for these extra hours. You also work on holidays and Saturdays throughout the year. During November/ December that means EVERY Holiday and Saturday. - A lot of pressure. Always. - No recognition at all - No "Meritocracy". You can do an excellent job, but someone else will get the credit for it. - Shameful benefits: R$4,00 TR. Who can have lunch with this amount of money? - Managers are not prepared to assume their positions - High Turnover - The chances of growing in this company are close to zero.
