      The worst place to work in terms of work life balance

      Pros

      A great company when you talk about the headquarters, culture values, environmental concerns, gender, salaries and other ethical stuffs.

      Cons

      The biofuels business in Brazil seems to be a different company. A lot of ethical claims not answered, several moral assessment, management doing conference call while driving and all sort of bad behavior in term of leadership.

      Cons

      Very stuck-up attitude of London office staff visiting Brazil Required employees to negotiate with potential JV partners in bad faith Poor safety culture, lots of lip service until safety impacts production, then all rules and protections thrown out the window.
