      Pros

      BP has great benefits. From talking to friends, family and co-workers, they are some of the best around and as such are good reasons to stick with them if you find yourself doing work that you like.

      Cons

      It's hard to stand out in a large company, even if you are going above and beyond what your job entails.

      its just a multi culturarl job...you will meet people from every single culture we have in this world.

      Cons

      in my experience from few months....no one wants to work night shifts...because of the night pay window...i dont think so that atleast our store needs it....sccording to me even sales are going down during this period just because of this...
