Pros

Great coworkers for the most part. Training is thorough, although it depends on your competency. Annual bonus is decent, though.

Cons

Nepotism driven environment. Management is lacking in experience and people skills. Fear driven environment. "Open Talk" is promoted, but not followed up on. Pay is not the highest, but not the worst. Controllers are looked down upon as the "bottom feeders" even though without them, BP in Tulsa would not exist.

Pros

Under Sally Bott's reign, BP's management style was aggressive and fear based. Now that she has gone, the HR teams have begun to work with a more open, trusting and engaging mindset.

Cons

Large, unwieldly. Many processes; process heavy.
