      Decent management and colleagues; super interesting work; opportunities to do new things every few years; great benefits and salaries okay; no.1 at finding oil..

      Cons

      Poor at project and operations management. Post Macondo Functional model overly complicated. Very flexible and open minded co. but flip side standards are not upheld though managment is working to change this.
