      Great total compensation package + pension Fair work life balance an alternative work schedule Information sharing within teams are great Community involvement

      Heavy workload and time sensitive deadlines can be challenging Opportunity for advancement is low Too many changes being implemented without allowing previous organizational changes or business changes to show fruition

      Pros

      Great for a first job, training is great and the new hire support is amazing. Plus it's a oil major, so very stable and you can move anywhere if you are to wanting to chas the dollars.

      Cons

      Not for a young crowed, locations usually in the burbs. A lot of red tab but who does not as being a major, but after the spill it's a lot more
