Pros

Good benefits and pay, great work life balance

Cons

Allowing marketing both domestic and international to tell customer what they want, rather than listening to the customer. Expect issues to regularly arise between marketing and sales.

Pros

Good benefits. Great safety culture. Opportunities for advancement and other locations worldwide.

Cons

Long hours. High expectations--to the point of sometimes being impossible to meet. Yearly review can be political and raises not necessarily based on performance. Forced ranking system means someone always has to be ranked on the bottom whether they earned it or not.

Pros

Once I was there for a few years, I got to pretty much make my own hours. The pay was competetive and they offered tuition reimbursement.

Cons

There are shifts, so when you first start you may have to work a bad shift. If the manager didn't like someone they could give them worse shifts.
