      - Great people - Great benefits - Lots of opportunities for career growth - Worldwide company with worldwide opportunities - Pretty good at maintaining work-life balance, but not consistent among sites

      Cons

      - Leadership has gone downhill in the last few years - Inconsistent messages, upstream told we had best year in a decade, downstream told to operate as if we are a bankrupt company - If you are just beginning your career, oil will be an industry in decline during your working life.
