      Not bad, but there are better places to work

      Pros

      Great benefits and flex Fridays.

      Cons

      Difficult to get anything done, projects get canceled etc. too often. Too many people with too many opinions and no decisions get made. I think if you are an engineer things might be different, but for the rest of us there are better places to work and get more opportunities

      Large size and name recognition. Excellent benefits / perks. Decent salary - if you have leverage to negotiate. Nice severance package for long term employees.

      Cons

      Expect to work long and hard for those $$$. Work-family balance is more of a joke the higher you climb. Expect frequent re-orgs and downsizing. No loyalty to long-term employees.
