Pros

- great, friendly management - pay was just above minimum wage - while I was there we had a winter pay scheme bonus - 50% discount off food on lunch time (up to £6 value) - 25% discount off shift

Cons

- not the most flexible on shifts, e.g it was difficult to get a morning shift in the weekdays as colleagues who had been there for years would complain if they were moved from their usual shifts even though it is supposed to be “flexible” and no set shifts.
