      Good benefits, good bonus if it's a year you get one

      Poor communication, can work hard as you want and not potentially get a bonus since it's an oil major and dependent upon crude prices

      Structured internship and graduate program for students looking to enter the oil and gas industry. Very friendly colleagues.

      Nothing company specific. Benefits affected when market is bad but this is how the industry is anyway.
