Pros

Decent benefits and rare pension plan now. You can have good opportunities to learn but it entirely dependent on your roles inside the program.

Cons

TDPs are effectively used as cheap labor for a program that is too drawn out with little structured learning. Incredibly political office with little to no transparency to those inside the program. Very little control over your own path, and the control you do have is through politics. A great deal of your success and learning comes down to the roles you are giving and the teams you work with. Program lacks structure to truly teach each participant.

Treated us badly

Pros

Well organised, big company, good name on CV

Cons

We moved country for this company, with two small children. Within two years made redundant because they changed their minds and wanted to downsize the team. Because the employment was a few months short of two years, we were not entitled to any government benefits in the UK. And then Covid hit. This company literally cost us all our savings. We will forever boycott this brand considering what they did to us..
