      Competitive salary, very innovative and serious company, things work incredibly well and organized, everybody is very professional.

      Inside communication is not that great, sometimes we find out about issues from outside of the company.

      A empresa tem uma cultura forte e bem saudável, focada em resultados porém sem abdicar da saúde mental dos funcionários.

      Cons

      O range dentro das faixas salariais são bem grandes, muitas vezes sendo que você pode acabar recebendo igual ou até menos do que alguém que está um/dois níveis abaixo de você. Em questão do valor do salário é preciso negociar bem, senão as chances de ganhar menos do que seu cargo exige são razoáveis.
