iFood is arguably one of Brazil`s FAANG companies, with high demand and scale. The company adopts many languages. Its a great place to learn and grow. Management works close to you, don't push unreasonable deadlines and has a close career growth plan with you

Cons

Due to the enterprise scale, sometimes you don't know the architecture of other teams.
