Talked about my C.V and the role, which was timesheet processing, processing invoices about 500 and staff expenses and staff credit card processing. also spoke about payments and receipt in various currencies as it was a project role.

Interview
Your interview will be with the hiring manager, who you will be reporting to directly. Interview process is relaxed with a mixture of behavioural and technical questions. For a site job, the main goal is to see if you can get the job done with minimal mistakes. The other goal is to screen you with respect to your capability of adjusting to working on site.

just opened a job seekers account on their website. luckly after 2 weeks passed they were looking for a employee what i applied for. HR guy(from vancouver office) contact me by phone call but i missed but he sent me an email to contact right after so we have set up an interview though email pretty quickly on one day. interview was pretty simple and short becase there were no HR guy in calgary office at that time. so i had an interview with 2 engineers and 1 design lead . at the last they asked me for reference.
