Interview
The first step was an Aptitude test, Which was about average standard with a certain cutoff marks (unknown).
Those who cleared the test were called in for the Technical Interview which was fairly average bordering on slightly tough but if you have a clear understanding of the programming basics (like C /Core JAVA etc.) you won't have any problems clearing it.
Those who cleared the Technical Round were called in for the HR round which was not hard at all provided you have a fair grasp of English and average Communication skills (However be prepared for a few wildcard/Stunner questions which may seem totally irrelevant or slightly rather personal to you but those are just to test your reaction !!). Also be prepared to answer Positively to the question "Are you willing to RELOCATE for the job ?" .
The likes of us who cleared the HR round were contacted by email / College TPO who notified us about the selection results...

Interview
I was asked to take an IQ exam, I passed but I did not make the final cut because of some problems in my Transcript of Records. I thought i was gonna be interviewed but it seemed like they changed their mind. The only interview I had was the initial interview.
