I applied online. I interviewed at Activision Blizzard in Feb 2026
Interview
Messy. Nearly 2mo long. Although I prefer to correspond in English, recruiter kept sending me correspondence only in French.
2mo long, 4 interviews, and learning how they value candidate experience so much, I was left waiting many times for a follow-up on next steps past said timelines.
Despite making it to the end, investing nearly 2 months into this process and 4 interviews, at the end? For a company that prides itself on candidate experience, I got a boilerplate refusal. In French, not personalized, no feedback, no phone call to refuse and discuss it live, NOTHING.
Talking about how elite they are and how high the bar is for everyone in candidate experience is one thing… how they drove it? Unfortunately a mess and ignorant of any personal approach to a candidate through the entire process.
Disappointing in recruiter professionalism on candidate experience, to say the least.
