I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Activision Blizzard in Dec 2022
Interview
3 rounds of 30 minute interviews: recruiter, hiring manager, an executive. The interview with recruiter and hiring manager went great, the final interview was a joke. 20 minutes of the allotted 30 were spent on something that was addressed in the first interview with the recruiter. In actual good companies, once something is addressed in a prior interview you use the following interview(s) to actually assess a candidates skill set or ask additional questions. The last interview felt like an extreme waste of time and there was no opportunity to connect with the interviewer like in the prior 2 interviews. It was from this experience I can confirm that the culture is beyond fixing. Got weird vibes.
