Activision Blizzard interview questions

1. Screening call 2. First round interview (w/ hiring mgr) 3. Second round interview (w/ hiring mgr’s peer) 4. Third/final interview (w/ hiring mgr’s mgr) 5. Verbal offer 6. Written offer

It's not just the interview, the whole hiring process takes more than three months! why? I told them that I wpuld need to be sponsored for my visa and they weren't that they will sponsor or not for the position, but they put me on hold for two months! The job ad should have been clearer to say whether they were going to do that or not.
