The interviewer was helpful and friendly, and put me at ease by giving me a detailed account of the role I was applying for. The communication was clear and concise.
I was then contacted promptly.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself
Why do you want to work for this company?
What attracted you to the games industry?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Activision Blizzard in Mar 2022
Interview
3 Rounds (took 2 weeks)
1 - Recruiter phone screen (30mins)
2 - I was scheduled for the next round (3 - 30 min video calls) by the next week.
3 - My final round (30 mins w/VP) was scheduled within a few days of my last interview.
>>>And then absolute silence. I reached out to the recruiter 4x and never heard back. No blanket rejection email template, nothing. I wasn’t dispositioned in their ATS either, and still 5 weeks later shows as pending. It was really shocking and unprofessional for a company this size. <<<
